Guang Ping  [Yang]  Tai Chi 

 

Based on the principles of yin and yang from the I-Ching and Taoist philosophy, and passed down directly from Master Kuo Lien Ying, Guang Ping Tai Chi offers students a system of practice that is based on relaxation, natural flowing movements, and integrated, balanced postures. The emphasis is on flexibility, cultivating one's Chi and strengthening the spirit, mind, and body from the inside. It regulates the body's systems [circulatory, respiratory, lymphatic etc.] and rejuvenates the vital energy that we were born with and that is essential in maintaining a long and healthy life.
